Workshops are a key approach to getting in the trenches and threshing out the issues relating to developing a project, targeting funding and support, and addressing concerns.  Being able to keep all members of the group enthusiastically focused on the issues, allow everyone to contribute, and emerge with all participants having a clear idea of next steps are attributes of a successful Workshop.

Communicating performance, achieved through annual reports, progress reports, workshops and face-to-face meetings, is vital for keeping stakeholders, investors and participants aware of the return on their investment, the impact of their involvement and the need for their continued commitment, whether it be financially, personally, or professionally.
