Working in the strictest confidence, partners Martin and Jennifer Butler have combined experience exceeding 45 years working with research-intensive organizations. They fill a niche in what is an ever-changing gap between what research funding agencies demand of researchers, the world that researchers have been trained for, and the support provided by their institutions.

Martin mentors teams and individual researchers, helping to develop research programs and craft applications. Jennifer’s focus is on application reviewing, writing, editing and polishing. They find it extremely satisfying to support researchers in solving the world’s social, health, environmental, and economic challenges.
